where character counts and integrity is the keystone

I, Wrote

Vagabond Clown

Don’t look in my mind
You won’t like what you find;
I got stories to tell
that aren’t all that swell
I’ve been many places & seen many faces,
Traveled around &
Now I’m not mentally sound.

I laugh @ myself &
Put my feelings on a shelf,
Keep myself locked up
& hide away;
I’ve got no place to
Stay.

I’m a vagabond &
Not totally gone,
Still I’m wandering around
& I may visit your town;
just leave me be a clown.
I won’t do no harm.
