They are seeking to stick him with a fine and jail time for his &#8220;aiding copyright infringement&#8221;. They are seeking a 15 million ruble fine.<\/p>\n<p>A lot is up in the air, the Russian government has not made moves towards the many [child] sites that have spawned since the take down of AllofMP3.com and the emergence of <a href=\"http:\/\/mp3sparks.com\" title=\"MP3 Sparks\" target=\"_blank\">MP3Sparks.com<\/a>.  We are basically in a holding pattern.
