I spent five minutes talking to the tech and he had me preform one simple test, which I should have thought about. I turned off the <a title=\"AirPort Extreme\" href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/airportextreme\/\" target=\"_blank\">Extreme<\/a> and got a nice clear call.<\/p>\n<p>We started having trouble after I changed the <a title=\"AirPort Extreme\" href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/airportextreme\/\" target=\"_blank\">Extreme<\/a> Wi-Fi channel to 11. I changed it to 3 and turned everything back on and made a phone call.
