She stands there looking across the room,
\nand in the corner she sees someone . . .
\nThere she sits in her corner kicked back
\nwith all her boys & toys,
\nconfident & in control
\nwhile total chaos reigns about her . . .
\nShe stands in her petticoats &
\nruffles, feeling ashamed of conformity
\nand the things she did in life;
\nbeside her stands her husband,
\nangry with reality . . .<\/p>\n

The woman in the corner stands
\nand tells her boys to stay,
\nshe walks towards the couple of
\nproper suit . . .
\nShe glances at her husband & then
\nback to her feet,
\nHe laughs and moves in front of his
\nwoman . . .
\nThe woman in black & confidence
\nreaches through the husband,
\n& grabs the “petticoat”
\nand pulls her through him . . .
\nHe stands in shock & stares at his
\nchest, he glances up to see the two
\nladies become one,
\nPetticoats fall to the floor & they\/she
\nbend over & scream in agony;
\nhorror drew fire & rage into the man . . .<\/p>\n

The women grab & clutch at tables
\nand chairs around them;
\nafter a few moments, yet, before the
\nhusband can react, they stop & a new
\nperson is born . . .
\nStanding she shakes herself and
\nlooks herself over;
\nblack still covers her body,
\nher hair blacker than life & death . . .
\nhe stood shocked & speechless . . .
\nShe laughed & cast off all that
\nshe had, her former husband turned & walked
\ndefeated;
\nshe had won the battle of self-control,
\nnow she was all that she should
\nhave been & is all that she can
\nbe . . .<\/p>\n

Years of searching & self wandering . . .
\nshe’s content yet she’s disturbed
\nby those that “love her”<\/p>\n
