and again I sit alone,
\nfeeling the darkness of myself;
\ncovering what I want no one to see.<\/p>\n

I feel inside my mind –
\nlooking for what truly is . . .
\nthe nakedness of one’s soul
\nbrings tears to the eyes of the strongman.<\/p>\n

The sweet visions of pain &
\nforbidden princesses,
\nhave danced in my mind –
\nonly to be pushed by GOD given
\nstrengths.
\nPowers that bind on earth & heaven –
\ngifts that can be abused or used properly . . .<\/p>\n

do I find the path easy too transverse?
\nSHEER cliff faces as smooth as glass &
\nsharp as razor blades –
\nonly one way . . . . . up,
\nto knowledge and power;
\nDamage done by sins of omission –
\nhurt caused & salt rubbed into;
\nwounds of innocence &
\nignorance.
\nTruth washed bare by the ocean;
\nflesh & lies gleaned off-white bone skeletons<\/p>\n

pleasure only enjoyed by pain
\npassion like white hot fire
\nburns in everybody . . . only the most gifted can hide!
\nlie to them & walk away;
\nwith all your assets –
\nDon’t let them have your truest self<\/p>\n

We all must decide which side
\nwe’ll fight on . . .
\nWhich dream will you chase?
\nled into the dark by disheveled
\nangels . . . lost & drinking of confusion – only the goblet never empties.<\/p>\n

there is always more . . . . . . . . . . . . .
\n& that much that we must handle;
\nor the visions & dreams are lost –
\nlost never to be found or rebuilt,
\nthe opening of destruction & pain.<\/p>\n

A chasm that can’t be transversed.<\/p>\n
