The Desert is a pretty place,
\nit’s shrubs & bushes fill the plains.
\nAs the sun rises it starts
\nheating the ground;
\nIt’s like an oven
\nbaking the ground.<\/p>\n

It holds a mystic
\nbeauty –
\nOne that’s all it’s own;
\nIt can’t be captured
\nby anything –
\nEven pictures do it no justice.<\/p>\n

I hate the desert,
\nbut it’s got a mystic image –
\nin it’s romantic time of day.
\nWhen the moon rises
\nfull –
\nit washes the land in
\nbright pale light.<\/p>\n
